A man found dead in a car in Robbsindale Friday afternoon suffered from apparent gunshot wounds.

According to the Robbinsdale Police Department, just before 2 p.m. Friday an officer was on patrol in the 3700 block of Quail Avenue North when he noticed a man slumped over inside of a vehicle.

Upon investigation, it was determined the man was dead and was suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.

Robbinsdale police said the incident does not appear to be random and is under investigation.

No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information that could help authorities determine what happened to the man is asked to contact the Robbinsdale Police Department.
