Pedestrian killed in Brooklyn Park crash identified as 21-year-old man

A pedestrian who was struck and killed in a crash Friday night in Brooklyn Park has been identified as 21-year-old William Todd.

According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department, the crash happened around 10:24 p.m. near 85th Avenue North and Stratford Lane. First responders started giving the victim CPR, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
