A set of miracle twins from Mound, Minnesota, are celebrating their first birthday.

The two babies were born in a bathroom at just two pounds and three months early. Their parents had to give one of the babies CPR while waiting for the first responders to arrive.

They spent months in the NICU at the University of Minnesota. Now the babies are healthy and happy one-year-olds

"Vera is really funny and she had a really loud laugh and giggle. And they chase each other around the house and she's always the one screaming laughing. And then James is kind of the more thoughtful one," said the twins' mother, Dana Rogney.

Rogney also says that Vera likes music and James loves to eat.
