Thursday, Minnesotans took part in the World's Largest Pet Walk.

The Therapy Animal Space hosted the event at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The event encouraged people to get out and walk their pets in hopes of improving both their health and their pet's health. It also raised money for therapy animal organizations.

The pet walk was founded by the National Therapy Animal organization and Pet Partners, and is held around the country.
