Minnesota's matchup the previous weekend against Michigan was called off as well after COVID-19 issues cropped up among the Wolverines.
Ohio State and Minnesota will work with the Big Ten to reschedule if a window becomes available by the end of the season.
The Gophers' next series will come March 12-13, when they're scheduled to host Illinois.
