Lynx's Cheryl Reeve talks finding an identity and re-signing Rachel Banham

Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve and guard Rachel Banham spoke with the media, via Zoom, Tuesday afternoon at Mayo Clinic Square.

Reeve spoke about the team finding a defensive identity, how the Lynx are playing to their strengths, her thoughts on releasing Banham and then re-signing her a week later, the parity in the WNBA this season, how she is approaching the Olympic break, what it mean to be an assiatnt coach for Team USA, what it will be like coaching two of her players at the Olympics, and what she can learn as a coach from going to the Olympics.

Banham discussed what is was like being released, what it was like watching the Lynx in Phoenix, how she dealt with not being able to play, how anxious she was during her time off, what she did with her time off, what she can do to help the team now that she is back on the roster, and what she can learn from her Olympic teammates.
