An annual tradition returned to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
The Twin Cities Book Festival went virtual in 2020 but was back in person Saturday.
This year the festival offered a Q&A session with out-of-state authors. The usual book fair with publishers and other organizations was also featured.
"We've gotten pretty — we like to think — pretty good at getting everybody together and getting everybody into one room that can all enjoys books together," said Linda Stack-Nelson, exhibit coordinator for the Twin Cities Book Festival.
The book festival launched in 2001 to support local readers, writers and publishers. It also offers virtual events throughout the year.
