Seniors take time to celebrate as COVID-19 vaccine clinic sets up at the Waters of Highland Park

As a COVID-19 vaccine clinic was set up Thursday at the Waters of Highland Park, some residents were able to have some fun and celebrate.

"Well we wanted to make a party out of it so we got a Caribbean theme later on this afternoon we have a steel drummer coming for a Caribbean themed happy hour so we got the leis and backdrops palm trees just wanted to have a little fun. It's been a long time coming," said Joe Marshall, Executive Director of the Waters of Highland Park.
